What are your check in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early arrivals can store luggage at reception.
How do I book a stay?+
You can book directly via WhatsApp, our contact form, or by emailing stay@musituni.co.ke. We'll confirm rates and availability within a few hours.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, a one night fee applies. No shows are charged the full first night.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
M-Pesa, bank transfer, and major credit cards on request. A deposit may be required to confirm peak-season bookings.
Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes — from both Ukunda Airstrip and Moi International, Mombasa. Rates depend on group size and time of day.
How do day passes work?+
Day passes include pool and garden access from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Dining add-ons are optional. Please book at least 24 hours ahead.
Is Musituni family friendly?+
Absolutely. Children under 6 stay and dine free; ages 6–12 receive 50% off breakfast. Cots and high chairs available on request.
Is WiFi included?+
Yes — high speed WiFi is free across all villas, the pool deck, and the restaurant.
