Musituni Luxury Villas draws its name from Musituni, a word that reflects a place characterized by abundant trees and natural greenery. The name was chosen to honor the original landscape of the area, which was once rich with indigenous vegetation, open coastal forest, and a strong connection to nature.
Before development, the site was largely untouched land that blended coastal scenery with dense tropical growth. Over time, as the vision for a premium hospitality space emerged, the area was carefully transformed to preserve its natural character while introducing modern, elegant living spaces.

Today, Musituni offers studio to three bedroom villas, each designed with hand carved Swahili doors, soaring makuti ceilings, and private terraces that open onto tropical gardens and our signature pool.
